Information is used to review and respond to course enquiries, recommend possible starting points, understand programme demand, plan future cohorts, and maintain appropriate operational records.
Service providers
CrossBridge intends to use Supabase for secure enquiry storage, Resend for transactional email, and Netlify for website hosting. Information may be processed by these providers subject to their applicable safeguards.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and legal obligations. Contact CrossBridge to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Young learners
A parent or guardian should submit enquiries on behalf of learners who are under the age required to provide valid consent under applicable law. CrossBridge will define age-appropriate enrolment and safeguarding procedures before accepting young learners.
